Please present your MyKad (Identification Card) to collect your movie pass at:-

47800 Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya.
Collection date: 6 – 24 September 2010, Monday to Friday
(except for Public Holidays and weekends)
Time: 10am – 12pm / 2pm to 5pm

If you are unable to collect the movie pass in person, you may have someone else collect it on your behalf. Please bring along an authorisation letter from the winner and photocopy of the winner's IC for ticket collection. Should the movie pass not be collected within the stipulated dates, all movie passes will be forfeited and any correspondence thereafter will not be entertained.
