Pleased to be informed that IRDA under Planning & Compliance Division and JB Transformation team in collaboration with MBJB and Jabatan Kebudayaan Johor are having our second Karnival Budaya & Warisan 2012 programme. On behalf of the organizing committee, you are invited to participate in this 3 days event and show your support towards making JB City as Art, Heritage and Cultural destination.
